• Weight Management- One glass contains 60 calories while one glass of dairy milk contains nearly 150 calories.  Drinking almond milk can aid in weight loss and management.

• Healthy Heart- Almond milk contains no cholesterol or saturated fats.  It is also low in sodium and high in healthy fats which help prevent high blood pressure and heart disease. 

• Strong Bones-  Though it doesn’t contain as much calcium as dairy milk, it does offer  30 % of the recommended daily amount aswell as 25% of the daily vitamin D our bodies need.

• Muscle Strength- It may only contain 1 gram of protein per glass however Almond Milk contains plenty of B vitamins like iron and riboflavin which are important for the growth and healing of muscles. 

• Lactose Free-  Many people have difficulty digesting the sugar found in dairy milk. Almond milk is suitable for those who are lactose intolerant.
